Section · 01
The King Tao Project is a community-based training initiative created to help young athletes access performance training regardless of financial barriers.
Tao Johnson believes talent should be developed, confidence should be built early, and young athletes deserve the opportunity to train in an environment that challenges and supports them.
Through this project, Tao helps provide training access at FitRight Athletics for kids who are ready to grow.

The same discipline, speed, strength, and athletic mindset that helped Tao grow from Idaho Falls to UCLA football. More than workouts — consistency, effort, confidence, and leadership.
Explosive acceleration, top-end speed, and the mechanics to translate effort into separation.
Functional power built through intentional programming — the foundation under every great athlete.
Belief is built rep by rep. Confidence is the byproduct of preparation, not the prerequisite for it.
The standard set every day when no one is watching. The non-negotiable behind every breakthrough.
Section · 03
Not every young athlete has the same access to training, coaching, or development resources.
The King Tao Project exists to close that gap.
By investing in local athletes, Tao is helping kids see what is possible when someone believes in them, supports them, and gives them a place to grow.
